Hot Melt Adhesive

For the electronic assembly and packaging industry, hot melt and PUR adhesives are more commonly applied for its quick setting characteristic and ease of application. With hot melt adhesives, it is typically used for components rigidization on the printed circuit board as some grades are UL 94 VO approved and also for bonding corrugated carton box flaps. For Polyurethane Reactive (PUR) hot melt adhesive, its moisture curing nature allows it to bond to most substrates with extreme high strength and heat resistance. It is mainly used for wood bonding, plastic parts bonding, air filter sealing and encapsulation plus many more other applications.
